Return & Refund Policy

1. General Information

At ShofLab (LLC Pavel Antonov), we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase.

If your item was damaged during shipping or is defective, you may request a return or exchange within 14 calendar days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted if:

• The product has not been used and is in its original packaging;

• Damage is documented with photos or videos upon delivery;

• The return request is made within 14 days of receipt;

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Items that show signs of use are not eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized products;

• Used or modified items;

• Items damaged by the customer.

4. Return Procedure

To request a return:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for return;

3. Attach photos or videos of the damaged product (if applicable).

We will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide return instructions.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to customer reasons (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer pays the return shipping cost.

• If the item was damaged during shipping or sent in error, ShofLab covers the return shipping cost.
