• Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Free shipping may be available during promotions or on qualifying orders.

5. Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:

1. Take photos of the packaging and item immediately;

2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number;

3. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering correct shipping information.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

In case of lost or delayed shipments, we will contact the carrier to resolve the issue.

If the carrier confirms the package was lost, we will issue a refund or resend the order.
