Warranty summary
If an EasyHandle handle suffers a functional failure because of a defect in materials or workmanship, or breaks during correct, normal intended shop use, within one year after delivery, ShofLab will replace the affected handle under the terms below.
- Daily professional use is covered when the product is correctly matched, installed and used as intended.
- The warranty covers the EasyHandle handles and their factory-installed components—not the storage case, retail packaging or complimentary items.
- An approved claim includes the replacement handle and standard U.S. replacement shipping at no charge.
- No product registration is required.
1. Who provides this warranty and who is covered
This limited warranty is provided by ShofLab, a brand operated by LLC Pavel Antonov, Naples, Florida, United States. It covers the original purchaser and the business named on the original ShofLab order. Proof of direct purchase from ShofLab is required; an order number or the email address used at checkout is normally sufficient.
This warranty is included with new EasyHandle Ford, GM and Ford + GM Combo Kits purchased directly from ShofLab. It is not transferable to a later owner and does not cover counterfeit, copied, altered or second-hand products.
2. How long coverage lasts
Coverage begins on the date the order is delivered and continues for one year. If carrier tracking does not show a delivery date, coverage begins on the documented date the customer received the order.
A replacement handle is covered for the remainder of the original one-year period or 90 days after the replacement is delivered, whichever is longer.
3. What is covered
The warranty covers a functional failure of an EasyHandle handle or its factory-installed components caused by:
- a defect in materials or workmanship; or
- breakage during correct, normal intended professional shop use on a compatible vehicle configuration.
“Correct, normal intended use” means temporary use on a stationary vehicle, in the compatible factory exterior-handle location, using the correct Ford or GM handle, correct orientation and reasonable hand force, while following the current ShofLab instructions. The product must be inspected before use and removed from service if a crack, deformation or unusual wear is visible.
4. What is not covered
This limited warranty does not cover a failure or damage caused by:
- forced, incorrect or incomplete installation or removal, including forcing a Ford handle past its keyed position or folding or operating a handle contrary to the instructions;
- use on an unlisted, unconfirmed or incompatible vehicle configuration, or use of the wrong Ford/GM handle or wrong door position;
- modification, drilling, cutting, sanding, unauthorized repair, added hardware or alteration of the product;
- impact, crushing, dropping, prying, use as a lever, excessive force, direct flame or concentrated heat from a heat gun;
- driving or moving the vehicle with EasyHandle installed, or using it as a permanent road-going door handle;
- loss, theft, deliberate damage, improper storage or exposure to conditions outside normal shop use;
- normal cosmetic wear that does not prevent the handle from functioning, including superficial scratches, scuffs or color change; or
- damage to a vehicle, paint, wrap film, tools or other property rather than a functional failure of EasyHandle itself.
The storage case, retail packaging and complimentary items are not covered by this one-year warranty. If any of those items arrives damaged or missing, use the Return & Refund Policy and report the delivery issue promptly.
5. What ShofLab will do
For an approved claim, ShofLab will replace the affected EasyHandle handle—not automatically the complete four- or eight-handle kit—with the same model or a reasonably equivalent replacement. Standard shipping to a valid U.S. address is paid by ShofLab.
If ShofLab needs the affected handle returned for inspection, ShofLab will provide the return instructions and a prepaid standard U.S. shipping label. Do not ship a product before receiving written authorization.
If an appropriate replacement cannot be supplied within a reasonable time, ShofLab will refund the portion of the product price attributable to the affected handle, calculated as the product price paid divided by the number of handles originally included in that kit. Store credit will be offered only if the customer chooses it.
6. Check the correct path before contacting ShofLab
For a fit question, use the free compatibility review. For an unused return, incorrect item or shipping damage, use the Return & Refund Policy.
7. How to submit a warranty claim
Email info@shoflab.com with the subject line EasyHandle Warranty Claim — Order [number] and include all of the following in one message:
- order number, purchaser name and checkout email address;
- Ford, GM or Combo Kit and the marking on the affected handle;
- vehicle make, model, year, trim or body style and door position;
- a short description of what happened and how the handle was installed and used;
- one clear photo of the complete handle, one close-up of the failed area and one photo showing its marking and orientation; and
- a short video only when movement or operation cannot be shown clearly in photographs.
Keep the affected handle and stop using it until ShofLab completes the review. ShofLab may request additional information only when reasonably needed to confirm coverage. Sending a complete first message avoids unnecessary back-and-forth.
8. Relationship to other rights and limits
This limited warranty is separate from the 14-day return policy. It does not limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty covers the affected EasyHandle product only and does not cover lost profit, labor time, business interruption, vehicle downtime or incidental or consequential damage. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to every purchaser.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
