1. Seller and acceptance
ShofLab is a brand operated by LLC Pavel Antonov, Naples, Florida, United States. These Terms govern use of the ShofLab website and purchases made through it. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and acknowledges the linked store policies.
2. Website use
Users must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and not interfere with its security, payment flow or operation. ShofLab may restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse or technical harm.
3. Products and professional use
EasyHandle is temporary professional shop equipment for compatible vehicle configurations while factory exterior handles are removed. It is not a permanent replacement handle and is not intended for on-road use.
The user must inspect each component before use, follow product instructions, use only the confirmed handle type and door position, avoid excessive force and stop using any item that is cracked, damaged or unusually worn. ShofLab is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification, excessive force, an inaccurate vehicle description or use on an incompatible configuration.
4. Compatibility information
Vehicle fit may vary by model year, trim, body style, handle mechanism and door position. Published compatibility records and photo reviews are based on the configurations available to ShofLab and are not a universal fit claim.
A photo review is a preliminary professional assessment. When ShofLab confirms the exact submitted configuration in writing and the product still does not fit, the special return protection in the Return & Refund Policy applies.
5. Orders, prices and availability
- Prices are stated in U.S. dollars.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed at checkout.
- An order is accepted after payment is authorized and ShofLab sends an order confirmation.
- ShofLab may correct an obvious pricing or description error before shipment. If the customer does not accept the correction, the order will be cancelled and fully refunded.
- If a product is unavailable or cannot be supplied, ShofLab will cancel the affected item and refund all amounts paid for it.
6. Stripe payments
Online payments are processed by Stripe or its authorized payment partners. Stripe’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to its processing. ShofLab receives payment status and transaction information but does not store the customer’s full card number.
7. Shipping, returns and refunds
Free standard U.S. shipping, processing, delivery estimates and delay rights are described in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, shipping responsibility, compatibility-confirmed returns and refund timing are described in the Return & Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
8. EasyHandle limited warranty
New EasyHandle Ford, GM and Combo Kit handles purchased directly from ShofLab include the EasyHandle 1-Year Limited Replacement Warranty. Its coverage, exclusions, claim requirements, remedy and state-law notice form part of these Terms and are available for review before purchase.
Other ShofLab products do not receive that written one-year warranty unless the applicable product page expressly says otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShofLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profit or business interruption, arising from misuse, incompatibility, modification or failure to follow instructions. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.
10. Intellectual property
ShofLab product designs, photographs, videos, written content, branding and website materials are owned by or licensed to LLC Pavel Antonov and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No purchase grants permission to copy, manufacture, reverse engineer for commercial reproduction, distribute or use ShofLab branding without written authorization.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any claim will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
12. Changes and contact
ShofLab may update these Terms for future website use and future orders. The version accepted when an order is placed remains the applicable version for that order unless a change is required by law or accepted by the customer.
