1. Who controls the information
This website and the ShofLab brand are operated by LLC Pavel Antonov, located in Naples, Florida, United States. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to info@shoflab.com.
2. Information ShofLab collects
- Order information: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, products ordered, order value, tax and shipping records.
- Reservation requests: name, email, business, phone, general location, requested product and quantity, intended purchase timing, vehicle details and notes. A reservation form does not collect payment information or create an order.
- Payment information: payment status and transaction identifiers provided by Stripe. Full card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored by ShofLab.
- Compatibility requests: contact information, vehicle make, model, year, trim or body style, door position, measurements, written notes and uploaded vehicle photographs.
- Biometric project interest: contact information, business name, team size, current time-tracking method, product interests and survey responses. The website interest form does not collect employee fingerprint templates.
- Support and communications: emails, return requests, order questions and any files voluntarily supplied.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, security logs and website interactions needed to operate and protect the site.
3. How the information is used
ShofLab uses information to save and follow up on product reservation requests, send a checkout link when requested, process and deliver orders, accept payment, review vehicle compatibility, answer questions, manage returns, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain business and tax records, improve products and website performance, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Vehicle photographs and submitted files
Compatibility photographs are stored as private support records and are not intentionally published on the website. ShofLab uses them to assess the submitted vehicle configuration, communicate the result and improve internal compatibility knowledge.
Submitted photographs will not be used in public marketing, advertising or social media without separate permission from the person who submitted them or the appropriate rights holder.
5. When information is shared
ShofLab does not sell personal information. Information may be shared only as reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate the business, including:
- Stripe for payment processing and fraud prevention;
- Hostinger, WordPress and WooCommerce for website and order operations;
- shipping carriers for delivery and claims;
- email and support providers for customer communications;
- professional advisers or government authorities when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.
If ShofLab later enables additional analytics or advertising tools, including Google or Meta services, this policy and any required notice or consent controls will be updated before that collection begins.
6. Cookies and essential store functions
The website may use cookies and similar storage for the shopping cart, checkout, security, preferences and basic site operation. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the cart or checkout from working. Non-essential analytics or advertising cookies will be addressed when those services are enabled.
7. Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, product records and tax or legal obligations. ShofLab uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Access, correction and deletion requests
A person may request access to, correction of or deletion of personal information by emailing info@shoflab.com. ShofLab may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain information that must be kept for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or transaction-record purposes.
9. Children
ShofLab products and services are intended for businesses and adults. The website is not directed to children under 13, and ShofLab does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10. Policy changes
Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights attached to an order already placed unless required by law or accepted by the customer.
